Easy Vegetable Dip

This dip is a major help in getting your children to eat their veggies!

Serves: 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 of 8-ounce container soft-style cream cheese with onion and chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dillweed

Directions:

  1. Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Add cream cheese and dillweed. Blend.
  2. Pour into serving dish. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
