Homemade hummus is sure to be a hit with everyone.

Serves: Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
- 1 � 151/2oz (439g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- juice of 1 lemon, plus extra if needed
- 2-3 tbsp tahini
- pinch of paprika
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Directions:
- Combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and paprika in a blender or food processor. Blend to a smooth pur�e.
- With the motor running, gradually add the oil, a little at a time, until the hummus reaches a dipping consistency. Taste, and season with salt, adding some extra lemon juice if you like. Blend again.
- Serve as a dip with pita bread.
