Light Blue Cheese Dip
Whole grain crackers and pear wedges match well with this healthy blue cheese dip.
Serves: 2 1/2 cups (1 Tablespoon servings)
- 2 cups nonfat or light sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Place both of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to mix well. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
- Serve with raw vegetables, apple and pear wedges dipped in pineapple juice to prevent browning, and whole grain crackers.
