Try this easy-to-make salsa, and you may never buy bottled salsa again!

Serves: 24 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1-2 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Drop parsley and garlic into food processor. Chop well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Chop in food processor until vegetables are somewhat chunky.
