Banana Blueberry Smoothie

The mild flavors of banana perfectly compliment the tangy blueberries in this treat.

Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings


  • 1 cup plain soy milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 frozen, sliced large banana

  1. Combine soy milk, jam, and blueberries in a blender. Blend on high speed until blueberries are puréed and mixture is smooth.
  2. Add banana and blend on high speed again until fruit is puréed and mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Substitute strawberry or raspberry jam and the corresponding fruit for blueberry jam and blueberries.
