Banana Blueberry Smoothie
The mild flavors of banana perfectly compliment the tangy blueberries in this treat.
Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings
- 1 cup plain soy milk
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 frozen, sliced large banana
- Combine soy milk, jam, and blueberries in a blender. Blend on high speed until blueberries are puréed and mixture is smooth.
- Add banana and blend on high speed again until fruit is puréed and mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
- Substitute strawberry or raspberry jam and the corresponding fruit for blueberry jam and blueberries.
