Cantaloupe Lemon Smoothie

This seemingly strange combination makes for a terrific snack.

Serves: 2 (15 ounce) servings


  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup lemon sorbet

  1. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, and cantaloupe in a blender. Blend on high speed until cantaloupe is pured and mixture is smooth.
  2. Add sorbet and blend on high speed again until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Make this also with honeydew melon. Substitute lime juice and lime sorbet for lemon.
