Green Grape Caipirinha
Substitute green grapes for the lime to give your caipirinha a slightly sweeter, more subtle flavor.
Serves: Makes 1 drink
- 8 green grapes, halved
- 11/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2oz (60ml) cachaça
- Combine the grapes and sugar in an old-fashioned glass and mash them together until the grapes are pretty well smashed (at least 1 minute). Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour in the cachaça, mix well, and serve.
