Passion Fruit Smoothie
Introduce your family to the fruity flavor of passion fruit with this smoothie.
Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings
- 3/4 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 cup chilled passion fruit juice
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 3/4 cup passion fruit sorbet
- Combine tofu, passion fruit juice, and pineapple in a blender. Blend on high speed until pineapple is puréed and mixture is smooth. Add sorbet and blend on high speed again until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
- Use mango, both as a juice and as a sorbet, instead of passion fruit.
