Passion Fruit Smoothie

Introduce your family to the fruity flavor of passion fruit with this smoothie.

Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings


  • 3/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup chilled passion fruit juice
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 3/4 cup passion fruit sorbet

  1. Combine tofu, passion fruit juice, and pineapple in a blender. Blend on high speed until pineapple is pured and mixture is smooth. Add sorbet and blend on high speed again until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Use mango, both as a juice and as a sorbet, instead of passion fruit.
