Pineapple Mango Smoothie
The exotic flavors in this smoothie will make you feel like you're on an island vacation.
Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings
- 3/4 cup plain soy milk
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 1 cup mango sorbet
- Combine soy milk, tofu, and pineapple in a blender. Blend on high speed until pineapple is puréed and mixture is smooth.
- Add sorbet and blend on high speed again until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
- Use lemon, lime, passion fruit, or raspberry sorbet instead of mango sorbet.
