Pineapple Mango Smoothie

The exotic flavors in this smoothie will make you feel like you're on an island vacation.

Serves: 2 (15-ounce) servings


  • 3/4 cup plain soy milk
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 cup mango sorbet

  1. Combine soy milk, tofu, and pineapple in a blender. Blend on high speed until pineapple is pured and mixture is smooth.
  2. Add sorbet and blend on high speed again until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Use lemon, lime, passion fruit, or raspberry sorbet instead of mango sorbet.
