Use any summer berries in this easy and delicious cr鑝e fresh beverage.
Serves: serves 1
- 1 tbsp raspberries
- 1 tbsp blackberries
- 2/3 cup natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp cr鑝e fra頲he or sour cream
- Wash the fruit and put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pur閑.
- You could also make this drink in winter, using frozen summer fruit. If you use frozen fruit, put it in a pan and warm through over a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serves 1, but can be multiplied to make more.
