Baby's Pureed Green Beans
Baby is just starting to eat real food. This mixture of green beans and breast milk provides for a strong beginning.
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 tablespoons water or breast milk
- Steam the beans until tender. Add water or breast milk and puree to a smooth texture.
