Cucumber and Dill Sauce
A fresh-tasting sauce, good with hot and cold fish dishes

Serves: makes about 1 cup
- 5oz ( 140g) cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely sliced
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp minced onion
- grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- salt and freshly ground white pepper
- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
