Southeast Asian Spice Rub
Rub this dry spice mixture on any large piece of meat or fowl that you're going to grill.
Serves: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup curry powder
- 1/4 cup ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, this rub will keep for months.
