Southeast Asian Spice Rub

Rub this dry spice mixture on any large piece of meat or fowl that you're going to grill.

Serves: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup curry powder
  • 1/4 cup ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons ground white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, this rub will keep for months.
