Plum Barbecue Sauce

Plums, tamari sauce, and pineapple juice make a complex sweet and sour barbeque sauce.


  • 6 ounces plum jam
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, through a press
  • 2 scallions, sliced thin

  1. Combine all the ingredients and brush lightly over any fish, especially tuna. It also works very well for chicken.
