Plum Barbecue Sauce
Plums, tamari sauce, and pineapple juice make a complex sweet and sour barbeque sauce.
- 6 ounces plum jam
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, through a press
- 2 scallions, sliced thin
- Combine all the ingredients and brush lightly over any fish, especially tuna. It also works very well for chicken.
