Type: Spreads and Dressings
Let this walnut vinaigrette sit for a short time to meld all the flavors.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup broken walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
