Cinnamon Crisps

Here's something crunchy and sweet to do with that package of tortillas sitting in your fridge. These cinnamon treats go just great with a big glass of milk!

Serves: Serves: 6 (4 each)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
  • 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and Sugar Twin.
  3. Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces. Place tortilla pieces on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray. Evenly sprinkle cinnamon mixture over top.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tortilla pieces are crisp. Serve warm or cold.
