Mocha Meringue Tarts
For this easy recipe, fill pre-made tart shells with fruit and filling, and you are done!
Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 Meringue Tart Shells, plain or almond
- 1 quart nonfat or low-fat mocha or cappuccino ice cream
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Directions:
- Place each tart on an individual serving dish, and place a 1/2-cup scoop of ice cream in the center of each tart.
- Scatter 1/4 cup of berries over and around the ice cream in each tart, and drizzle 1 tablespoon of the chocolate syrup over the top. Serve immediately.
