Orange Mango Fool
This no-cook, three-ingredient dessert is foolishly easy and healthy during the summer or anytime.
Serves: serves 4
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- grated zest and juice of half an orange
- Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh, and put it in a blender or food processor.
- Add the yogurt and orange juice and process until smooth. Chill.
- Decorate with the grated orange zest, and serve.
