Orange Mango Fool

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • grated zest and juice of half an orange

  1. Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh, and put it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the yogurt and orange juice and process until smooth. Chill.
  3. Decorate with the grated orange zest, and serve.
