Teething Biscuit No. 1
Type: Desserts and Baked Goods
Teething babies enjoy chewing on a biscuit, and they're also strengthening their jaw muscles and improving their eye-hand coordination.
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy flour
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon breast milk or formula
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, add the honey, and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll onto a flour-dusted surface until about 1 inch thick and cut into the size you want. (Use cookie cutters, if you prefer.)
