Tex-Mex Munch Mix
This Tex-Mex popcorn snack may have been inspired by cooks on both sides of the Rio Grande!
Serves: Serves: 4 (1 1/2 cups)
- 6 cups warm air-popped popcorn
- I Can't Believe Its Not Butter Spray
- 1 tablespoon chili seasoning
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- In a very large bowl, lightly coat popcorn with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray. Add chili seasoning. Mix well to combine.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
