Barbecued Grouper
Barbecue sauce and cayenne pepper create a spicy sauce for meaty grouper fillets.
Serves: Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1-pound grouper fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Spray shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange fish fillets in single layer in dish; sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
- Spoon sauce over fish; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400F. Bake uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
