Fettuccini Alfredo
Sour cream gives this pasta dish a creamy and tangy richness.
Serves: Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 TB. butter
- 3⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti.
- When done, drain and toss with sour cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- It's delicious and quick, and you can tell the kids it's macaroni and cheese.
- Sour cream gives this recipe a creamy, tangy richness.
