If you want your family to eat more healthy fish for supper, try tempting them with this simple but sensational recipe.

Serves: Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 ounces white fish, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, skim milk, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Rinse fish pieces and pat dry. Evenly arrange fish in prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over fish pieces. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Divide into 4 servings.
