Fish Italiano
If you want your family to eat more healthy fish for supper, try tempting them with this simple but sensational recipe.
Serves: Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 16 ounces white fish, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, skim milk, and Italian seasoning.
- Rinse fish pieces and pat dry. Evenly arrange fish in prepared baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over fish pieces. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Divide into 4 servings.
