Golden Baked Chicken

Here's a better-for-you version of "shake and bake" chicken.

Serves: 6 servings


  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350°, Place flour and paprika in a resealable bag. Add chicken to bag and shake. Melt margarine in baking dish, Place chicken, in baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10 minutes on each side until chicken is golden brown.
