Italian Glazed Chicken
This chicken recipe will convince your family they're on a Roman holiday, but it's low in fat and sodium!
Serves: Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 cup Heinz Light Harvest Ketchup or any reduced-sodium ketchup
- 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- Arrange chicken pieces in prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Italian dressing, and black pepper.
- Drizzle sauce mixture evenly over chicken pieces.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
