Italian Glazed Chicken

This chicken recipe will convince your family they're on a Roman holiday, but it's low in fat and sodium!

Serves: Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup Heinz Light Harvest Ketchup or any reduced-sodium ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Arrange chicken pieces in prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Italian dressing, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle sauce mixture evenly over chicken pieces.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
