Shrimp Alfredo Deluxe
Shrimp and Alfredo sauce make a special treat that you'll want to have often!
Serves: Serves: 4 (1 cup)
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Kraft Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) grated Kraft fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
- 2 cups hot cooked fettuccine noodles, rinsed and drained
- 2 (4.5-ounce drained weight) cans small shrimp, rinsed and drained
Directions:
- In a large skillet, combine dry milk powder, water, and Italian dressing. Add Parmesan cheese and zucchini. Mix well to combine.
- Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often. Stir in noodles and shrimp. Mix well to combine.
- Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often.
