Steamed Broccoli with Cheddar Cheese

Steamed broccoli with cheese sauce is healthy for your baby, and very easy to make.
Serves: Makes 2 cups
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Put a steamer basket in a medium saucepan with 1" water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and add the broccoli florets. Cover and steam for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Uncover and sprinkle the cheese over the broccoli. Cover, remove from the heat, and let stand until the cheese is melted.
