Jersey Tomato Salad
Make the most of summer's bountiful tomatoes -- and try to find Jersey beefsteak tomatoes if you can!
Serves: Serves: 6 (2/3 cup)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 cups chopped unpeeled fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (2 1/4 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons Hormel Bacon Bits
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine Ranch dressing, honey mustard, and parsley flakes. Stir in tomatoes and onion.
- Add Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Gently stir again just before serving.
