Salmon with Wakame Seaweed
Seaweed is great for you, and tastes wonderful with salmon and a light dressing.
Ingredients:
- 6-ounce can salmon with bones
- 1 organic yellow onion
- 1 cup wakame seaweed from your favorite health-food store
- 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
- Garlic (as much as you like)
- Salt
Directions:
- Drain the salmon.
- Mince or chop the onion.
- Soak the wakame seaweed for 5 minutes in a separate bowl, then drain.
- Combine the salmon, onion, and wakame in a bowl.
- Add the olive oil and garlic. Salt to taste.
