Salmon with Wakame Seaweed

Seaweed is great for you, and tastes wonderful with salmon and a light dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 6-ounce can salmon with bones
  • 1 organic yellow onion
  • 1 cup wakame seaweed from your favorite health-food store
  • 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
  • Garlic (as much as you like)
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Drain the salmon.
  2. Mince or chop the onion.
  3. Soak the wakame seaweed for 5 minutes in a separate bowl, then drain.
  4. Combine the salmon, onion, and wakame in a bowl.
  5. Add the olive oil and garlic. Salt to taste.
