Smoked Turkey Bagel Sandwich
Liven up traditional sandwiches by putting them on a bagel instead of bread!
Serves: 4 servings
- 4 medium-size bagels
- 8 ounces sliced smoked turkey breast
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
- Dijon or grainy-type mustard
- Divide the ingredients among the bagels to make sandwiches.
