All-Purpose Ginger-Soy Barbecue Sauce

This sauce is great as either a last-minute finishing glaze or as an accompanying dipping sauce for anything grilled.
Serves: Makes about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons peeled and minced fresh ginger
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. This sauce will keep, covered and refrigerated, for about a week.
