Cranberry and Sage Sauce

This is a quick-and-easy sauce that really perks up a roast chicken meal. You can make it while the chicken is resting before it is carved.


  • 6 tbsp cranberry jelly
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
