Mint Sauce

  • handful of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  1. Put the mint in a serving bowl and add the sugar and vinegar. Set aside to infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir well to make sure the sugar has dissolved, then taste and adjust, adding more sugar or vinegar, if needed. Serve with lamb.
