This tasty mint sauce is a great topping to any meat dish.

Serves: Serves 4
- handful of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Put the mint in a serving bowl and add the sugar and vinegar. Set aside to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Stir well to make sure the sugar has dissolved, then taste and adjust, adding more sugar or vinegar, if needed. Serve with lamb.
