Crab Pasta Salad

Your family will love this crab pasta salad. It makes a great dish for the summer buffet or picnic lunch.

Serves: Serves: 6


  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12-ounce package of shell pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups flaked crabmeat

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, dill and garlic powder in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Add pasta and crabmeat and toss until coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves with whole-wheat crackers or stuffed in a pita.
  • Fresh dill contains the stomach-soothing chemicals carvocral and limonene and may help ease indigestion.
