Healthy White Bread

Add a touch of wheat germ and whole-wheat flour for nutrition and nutty flavor.

  • 112 cups water
  • 2 TB. honey (optional)
  • 112 tsp. salt
  • 214 cups white flour
  • 14 cup wheat germ
  • 12 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 12 tsp. yeast

  1. Add water, honey (if using), salt, white flour, wheat germ, and whole-wheat flour to machine.
  2. Make an indentation in flour and add yeast.
  3. Bake per machine instructions.
