Sweet Potato and Green Grape
These rich sweet potatoes flavored with smoke, sage, and brown sugar and complemented by the sweetness of the grapes will become your family's new favorite side.
Serves: Serves 4
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced large
- 1 cup green grapes
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 9 roughly chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon soft dark brown sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
