Tommy's Chili
This quick chili dish is a great recipe to take to college, so pass it along to your teenagers!
Serves: Serves: 4 (1 cup)
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon chili seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn
Directions:
- In a large saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery, and onion.
- Stir in tomato soup, water, and chili seasoning. Add corn. Mix well to combine.
- Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
