Tommy's Chili

This quick chili dish is a great recipe to take to college, so pass it along to your teenagers!

Serves: Serves: 4 (1 cup)

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chili seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whole-kernel corn

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery, and onion.
  2. Stir in tomato soup, water, and chili seasoning. Add corn. Mix well to combine.
  3. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
