Yogurt and Garlic Dressing
Try this healthy savory dressing on your salad or sandwich as a tasty alternative to mayo.
Serves: serves 4
- 1 6-oz (150-g) carton low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- a pinch of black pepper
- Mix all ingredients well together and use instead of mayonnaise or salad dressing.
- Flavor according to taste with fresh mint, chives, finely chopped cucumber, a little chili pepper, or a teaspoon of curry powder.
