Yogurt and Garlic Dressing

  • 1 6-oz (150-g) carton low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • a pinch of black pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients well together and use instead of mayonnaise or salad dressing.
  2. Flavor according to taste with fresh mint, chives, finely chopped cucumber, a little chili pepper, or a teaspoon of curry powder.
