First Vegetable Purée

Visit Family Education's Recipe Center.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 sweet potato

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the carrot, parsnip, and sweet potato.
  2. Steam and blend together.
